Tinker Hatfield’s Nike Air Huarache has been well and truly amongst it for its 30th birthday bash. With retros of notable collaborations and OGs alike, the silhouette has seen one of its best years on record. Also playing a big part of that belongs to the steady run of fresh new colorways, with the ladies on the receiving end of some of the cleanest cops this year. This next-up Sail/Barely Rose is an exemplar of that, a pair that brides the 30-year heritage with a modern aesthetic.

Save a few tints of light pink hue, the pair arrives completely in tonal sail, from the nylon forefoot to its leather overlays and lateral cages. Branding and sole units follow suit, before subtle pinks appear to break the tonal tension. They’re found at the inner bootie — visible at the quarter and liner — at the branded heel clip, and on the underfoot branding to complete the design.
