Back for its 30th birthday bash, the Nike Air Huarache has been blessed by reiusses of the OG Scream Green and the silhouette’s most famous collaboration with Stussy, as well as some fan favorites from years passed. But some of the silhouette’s new colorways feel just as nostalgic, with the likes of this white leather-based banger hit with purple and sky blue accentuations.
Arriving as true as possible to the OG builds, we see both a shape and hues bring an all-too-familiar feel. White leather overlays hold in the color combo of rich purple and barely-there blue neoprene below, while toe box mesh remains the purest of whites. Black caging holds in place a light blue rear clip, with the two colors coming together on the insoles. Completing the design is a simple white midsole and black rubber outsole combo in true-to-OG fashion, while a monochrome tongue badge rests prominently on the tongue.
