Nike Air Max 1 Golf “Always Fresh” Honors The Fruit Growers of Georgia

There are few golf tournaments more prestigious than The Masters at Augusta. The annual tournament in Georgia is the pinnacle of pro golf, and being such a huge event, it has become the focus of annual footwear offerings from Nike Golf. This year, the Swoosh honors the event — and the state of Georgia itself — with a special-edition Air Max 1 Golf “Always Fresh,” a whimsical produce-inspired pairing that’s as sweet as it is spirited.

Going all-in on the peach theme, Nike has prepared a release clad in soft, color-shifting suede that replicates the natural color and texture of Georgia’s famous fruit — it even comes with a Nike-branded produce sticker on the lateral ankle. All of this comes together on hemp-like uppers reminiscent of produce bags, with special-edition tongue tags and insoles furthering the overarching theme. Mini peach motifs are then embroidered onto the forefoot. White midsoles rest beneath, while a semi-translucent rubber outsole underfoot reads the pair’s playful title underfoot.

With the 2023 Masters Tournament scheduled for April 6th through the 9th, you can expect a release for this Air Max 1 Golf “Always Fresh” as well as the entire Nike Golf collection for the Masters in late March or early April.
