The Nike Air Max 1 "Volt Chili" is Coming Soon

Nike is set to captivate Air Max enthusiasts with the upcoming release of the Air Max 1 "Volt Chilli." This new iteration borrows heavily from the color-blocking of the fan-favorite "Chilli 2.0" release of 2023 but with a fresh twist that adds new life to the classic silhouette.

The "Volt Chilli" version inverts the original color scheme of the "Chilli 2.0." This pair features a mid-grey mesh upper instead of the white mesh upper and grey overlays, providing a subtle yet sophisticated base. This is complemented by tumbled white leather overlays, adding a touch of luxury and contrasting beautifully with the grey mesh.

Staying true to the beloved colorway, the black mudguard and red Swoosh overlay are retained. However, in this new version, the materials are switched up. The mudguard opts for a coarse suede, while the Swoosh is rendered in smooth leather, providing a mix of textures that enhance the sneaker's overall look.

Adding a burst of energy to the design are flashes of vibrant "Volt." This electric hue appears on the tongue tag, upper eyestays, and Air supports, infusing the sneaker with a lively and modern feel. The Air supports are encased in a sole unit that combines white, black, and red, mirroring the upper's color scheme.

Special wavy graphic insoles are included to accentuate the release further, adding an extra style element to the interior. Additionally, an extra set of Volt laces is provided, allowing wearers to customize the sneaker's look to their preference.

While a specific release date has not been set, the Nike Air Max 1 "Volt Chilli" is expected to arrive in the first half of 2024.
