The Nike Air Max 270 was surely not expected to stick around this long. Launched back in 2018, the Air Max 720 overshadowed it a year later, many thought the taller-Air’d trainer would be the brand’s long game. As it turned out, the market much preferred the 270, and Nike has not looked back. The silhouette snuck back onto shelves through 2020 and has since been a frequent player in the Swoosh’s lifestyle offerings. Now there’s another new colorway on the way, this one proffering a Summery-vibe: the Nike Air Max 270 “Creamsicle”
Though its upper is bright white — not cream — the thematic is instantly recognizable thanks to striking sherbert-orange heel clips, tongue branding, Air supports, and rear pulls — there’s also a pop underfoot and along the insoles! Deviating from the traditional Creamsicle colorway, brand accents are struck in jet black, as do the outsoles, but tit’s not enough to shake those Summertime feels.
A release date for this new Nike Air Max 270 “Creamsicle” has not yet been identified, but we expect these to be part of Nike’s late-Summer/Fall lineup. As always, keep your eyes glued to our official Twitter account for further updates. Until then, enjoy an official look at the pair here below.
