    Collision of comfort.

Two of Nike’s newest and most comfortable cushioning tech have teamed up on an all-new silhouette that arrives inspired by past and present; the Air Max 270 React.

Debuted by Alex Morgan of the US Women’s National Soccer Team last month, Nike has now officially unveiled the silhouette, which fuses together the two techs — the big-bubbled Air Max 270 in the rear and React up front — below a layered upper that pulls inspiration from the early Air Max range, namely the Air Max 1 and Air Max 93 — to more recent React offerings like the React Element 87/55 featured on the eyelet overlays.

The Air Max 270 React will launch in two different men’s and women’s colorways, each of which is inspired by the colors and geometry of the Bauhaus, a famous German art school which is celebrating its 100th anniversary. The men’s version (above) combines a white-based upper with black, blue, red, teal, and yellow accents, while the women’s (below) opts for a slightly more subtle combination of white, light blue, red, and yellow.

Other colorways on the horizon include black/grey, blue, pastel, white/pink, and white/red styles, each of which can be seen below.

The Air Max 270 React will begin to roll out to select Swoosh houses and directly on Nike.com on Wednesday, July 3rd. Be sure to keep your eyes locked on our Nike Release Dates page for updates!
