Nike to Release Printless Cav Empt Air Max 95s

Look familiar?

We’re convinced that these pairs we a simple line extension of the Cav Empt Air Max 95 collaboration that released just a month ago. Nike must have doubled-down on white leather, mesh, and laces, and Black sole units, to secure a lower material price and production cost by making a larger run of essentially the same shoe while keeping the Collab limited.

Smart as hell.

I’m not complaining, though — I actually prefer this rendition to last month’s frenzy-printed pair. This pair arrives in split tonal blocking; all-white up top, all black below. The obvious differences between the pairs are the lack of digital print across the entire sneaker, new patent leather tongue branding and the cut-in mini Swoosh at the ankle — the result: a simple, sexy sneaker.

Expect a release to hit select retailers and Nike.com on April 1st for $170.
