The Air Max 97 Appears in New Grey and Blue Colorway

After a brief slow-down in production over the winter period, the Air Max 97 is picking up steam as it enters its 25th autumn season. One of those expected to join the party is this all-new grey and blue release that marries up to the recently-revealed effort in “Team Red”

Centered around a grey mesh upper, the pair features a peppering of silver thread to create a grid-like effect. Its grey-blue nylon tongues and mudguards work with dark grey 3M reflective and light grey leathers over the overlays to form a solid, dark base for the pair. From there, brightness is introduced by-way-of piercing white midsoles and tongue tags and light blue Swoosh logos, before a staple white and black rubber outsole sits underfoot to complete the design.

A release date for this all-new Air Max 97 is yet to be revealed, but you should expect to see pairs hit select stores and Nike.com over the coming months.
