Where to Buy the Nike Air Max Plus “Light Photography”
The Swoosh has seemingly drawn inspiration from the trendy light photography technique for the latest colorway of Sean McDowell’s Air Max Plus model, with the aggressively-designed Air Max appearing with a special graphic upper that mimics the breathtaking effect.
Light photography is a technique that involves the strategic placement of a light source, either natural or artificial, in relation to the subject. This technique aims to create visually stunning and dramatic effects by playing with light and shadows to highlight specific elements of the subject, most notably utilized around famous landmarks.
A prime example of modern Light Photography
Staying true to the technique – and the silhouette’s firey roots — the iteration boasts a striking upper with a heated blend of Red, Orange, and Yellow hues, accentuated by luminous streaks that mimic the shoe’s TPU overlays. The design is further enhanced by black plastic toe caps, glossy patent leather tongues and heel counters, while staple white midsole and black rubber outsoles rest underfoot. Lastly, graphic insoles feature a stylized pattern that mirrors the shoe’s outsole to complete the look.
An official release date for this new Air Max Plus “Light Photography” is penciled in for September 7th at footlocker.com.
