1995 was a bumper year for Nike’s then-marquee cushioning tech. The Air Max 95 revitalized the AM line, while Scottie Pippen’s Air Max Uptempo took hoop shoes to an all-new level. And while the former has seen many-a-retro over the past few years, it’s only now that Pip’s kicks are back. Debuting in a Denver Nuggets-themed colorway later this month before returning to its OG roots, we can expect to see a slew of both old and new colorways, like this new rendition that calls up one of the brand’s most iconic colorways; Black and Volt.

Still as eye-popping as it was 19 years ago, you can expect this all-new Air Max Uptempo in Black/Volt to arrive later this summer for $150 USD at Foot Locker and other Swoosh Brand stockists.
