Since being reintroduced to the market late last year, the Nike Air Total Max Uptempo has enjoyed a sprinkling of colorways new and old over the first half of 2021 — including this week’s OG reissue of the “Midnight Navy” offering. Now the retro silhouette has surfaced in a new two-tone arrangement, this Nike Air Total Max Uptempo “Classic Green”.
Arriving anchored in a classic tumbled white leather construct, the pair settles for simple one-color blocking underfoot, with all-white hits along the midsoles, milky-white outsole and Air supports. Where color overlays typically arrive sits a simple smooth white leather, instead leaving clover green color pops for just a handful of select segments including the upper eyelets, tongue and pull detail, midfoot Swoosh, and metallic heel clips. The pair s then capped of with a peppering of green hits underfoot and on the insole branding to complete the design.
