The Nike Air Trainer 3 “Viotech” Releasing Again on June 27th
Whilst made famous by Bo Jackson in the early 1990s through its debut “Medicine Ball” colorway, the Nike Air Trainer 3‘s most popular colorway didn’t arrive until decades later. With sneaker culture taking off, and popular models like the Dunk leading the charge, it was this “Viotech” Air Trainer 3 that certainly made an impact on the culture, thanks to its Dunk-like colorway from which its moniker was adopted. And now in 2020, the classic colorway from 2002 returns for the first time.
A more playful approach to what is essentially an ultra-practical sneaker, the “Viotech” Air Trainer 3 is championed by its titled magenta-colored upper, with a lighter-shaded Viola served across the overlays. Midfoot straps and heel supports arrive in a cooling Slate Grey, whit vibrant pops of Dandelion yellow striking the midsole paintwork and profile Swoosh. All of this rests atop a white midsole, with a navy and olive outsole completing the design.
