Nike Air VaporMax 360 Surfaces in Sleek “Summit White”
Rarely does a retooled or hybridized sneaker arrives with a more pleasing aesthetic than its original — but for the newly-forged Nike Air VaporMax 360, its definitely the case.
The hybridized sneaker rips it’s upper from 2006’s Air Max 360 and pairs it with Nike bare-ass Air underfoot — and to be honest, it’s organic flow is much more appealing than the OG’s boxy Air carriage that was on-trend at the time. Aside from the sole unit, there are a few tweaks made to the upper to differentiate itself from the original. There’s a higher rise around the collar, lateral mudguard branding has been removed, and a Swoosh has been added to the lateral ankle. The upper appears to be firmer than the original, too, while the inclusion of in-vogue iridescent Swooshes on the profile pick up this pair for the new decade. This colorway sees a clean Summit White upper and midsole paired with Platinum Tint heel clips, and a navy and green VaporMax unit underfoot — colors that are reflected in the aforementioned iridescent hit.
