With the debut of the VaporMax EVO on February 18th, Nike thought it would b befitting for the release to be accompanied by a color-matched VaporMax Plus, the baseline sneaker for the aforementioned hybrid silhouette.
For the Nike Air VaporMax EVO, the pair not only rips design elements from the likes of the Air Max 96 ii, Air Max 90, Air Max 93, and 1999’s Air Tuned Max but it also puls their respective OG colorways into play. Those colors are represented here, too, with Navy and Goldenrod caging and midfoot shanks (Air Max 96 ii), copper liners (Air Tuned Max), and aqua-teal branding (Air Max 93). Like the accompanying EVO, this pair is also fitted with fully-translucent Air underfoot, and it’s also consistent on the gold and black traction, too.
Though a release date for the EVO has been set, one hasn’t yet been announced for this VaprMax Plus. You should, however, expect it to arrive on or around that date. Until then, enjoy an official look at the pair just below, and be sure to keep your eyes locked on the official HOUSE OF HEAT Twitter accountfor updates.
