Nike’s fictional-themed anime collection will continue into 2022, with this Nike Air Zoom Flight 95 “Mighty Swooshers” the next in what appears to be a new collection for the summer.
Ostensibly honoring the OG “Black Metallic”, the pair looks to jet black nubuck uppers and piercing white midsoles and toe caps. The Swooshes and mudguard trim take on a literal chrome finish, whilst the carbon fiber prints below have been swapped out for a tech-inspired hex print in a muted green. From there, the pair gets mighty adventurous, with iridescent pods inserted into the midsole, and special graphic insoles inspired by the fictional Battle of Dimension Six; there’s even a special Swoosh Man miniture included, ready for you to paint.
