Nike and LeBron Set to Drop a Killer Colorway for the Kids (and Dads, Too!)
Literal King.
LeBron means King. And we’re not just talking about the reputation LeBron has built for himself.
Derived from Africa, the meaning behind the King’s name starts to make a whole lot of sense for those not in the know.
So it’s time to educate the younger kids of this and to do so, LeBron and Nike Basketball are dropping a killer colorway for th kids called “I’m King”
The GS-exclusive is decked out with an all-black Battleknit upper with matching sole unit and debossed “I’M KING” hitting the heels. The gold accents really pop on the lateral Swoosh, heel piece tongue branding and insole hits, with a Lakers purple Dunkman underfoot.
The Gradeschool-exclusive Nike LeBron 16 “I’m King” is slated to hit retailers and direct on Nike.com on December 15th.
