The Nike Blazer Low Leather Lands in “Laser Blue”

Nike is continuing to bring a barrage of Blazer Lows in 2020 after an on pouring of mid-cut makes last year.

Nike’s original basketball sneaker from the ’70s and, like many hardwood hits from the period, has now been repurposed as a streetwear staple. Its resurgence was pushed along by Virgil Abloh’s OFF-WHITE collaborations from 2017, but this is the first time the Low has been tested at mass-market — aside from Nike SB variations.

This modest Blazer will entice retro fans with its classically understated white leather upper, aged-look sail midsoles and vintage gum outsole. The pair is championed along by its vivid Laser Blue Swoosh and is completed with nostalgic features like throwback branding hits and classic nylon tongues.
