From one extreme to the extreme.
Nike’s Blazer Midhas had a rocking start to 2019. Fresh off the heels of a collab-heavy year in 2018, the Blazer rode the Hypebeast’s coattails into the new year with a trio of traditional colorways. Slam Jam’s flipped-Swoosh collaboration even arrived in classic sail and black — but Nike‘s next effort is something else.
The Beaverton brand has shifted from one extreme to the extreme, with a wild two-piece of Blazer Mid Gels. The two “What The”-like colorways adorn everything from tartan to cheetah-print horsehair and gingham plaids, all arriving in an array of colors. If that doesn’t sound wild enough, the addition of flower-print hits and Volt accents make these even more obscene.
