The Nike Cortez Surfaces in Sail and Gorge Green

Outside of a marquee collaboration with Sacai, the Nike Cortez didn’t live up to its full potential in 2022 amidst its 50th-anniversary celebration; Perhaps due in part to logistical delays. The CLOT x Nike Cortez collection has kickstarted the belated birthday, and a handful of GR drops like this new lades-exclusive in Sail, Gorge Green, Malachite, and Coconut Milk will continue it deep into the year.

Forgoing a traditional white leather, the pair looks to sail tints for its upper, with a Malachite-popped sole unit of tonal Coconut Milk. Simplicity continues on the pair’s branded overlays, with Gorge Green leathers dressing the Swoosh and heels. Classic Nike branding at the tongue finalizes the design.
