Nike Cortez Gets a Feminine Refresh With a Floral Woven Design

Initially conceived by Bill Bowerman under the Onitsuka Tiger label, the silhouette became Nike’s first true in-house product, marking the transition from importer to innovator. Now, the Cortez takes another leap, embracing a more fashion-forward approach with a feminine touch designed for those with an eye for pink-infused styling.

This latest iteration introduces a unique woven textile upper featuring intricately detailed floral patterns in tonal shades of pink. The delicate embroidery adds texture, giving the classic Cortez a fresh and refined look. Smooth pink leather panels frame the design, providing structure and contrast, while a simple sail-colored sole keeps the execution clean and understated.

Blending heritage with contemporary fashion sensibilities, this new Nike Cortez is set to arrive in summer 2025 via Nike.com and select retailers.
