A Classic, Refined: The Nike Cortez “Perforated Leather” Collection

A timeless silhouette gets a clean new look as Nike introduces the Cortez “Perforated Leather” Pack for 2025. This new take on the classic runner delivers a refined blend of material upgrades and minimalist design, preserving the shoe’s heritage while refreshing it for modern tastes.

The updated build features a smooth leather base with soft suede accents around the toe and eyestay. At the midfoot, Nike swaps its standard Swoosh branding for a perforated outline, adding a touch of subtlety to the design. Each pair rides atop a classic foam midsole and herringbone outsole, completing the familiar Cortez aesthetic with a premium finish.

So far, four colorways have surfaced: Wolf Grey with green and gum accents, a crisp White with University Gold trim, Pale Shale with a black and gum sole, and University Red with a bold blue stripe. Three more are expected to join the pack—Midnight Navy, Burgundy Crush, and Black—though official images have yet to arrive.
