The Nike CruzrOne is Available Now in Five Colorways
Designed for steady, easy-paced movement, the Nike CruzrOne keeps you going — even when the going gets tough. For athletes older, bigger, and prone to injury, the CruzrOne is for you. The idea was sparked October 16, 2018, when Tinker Hatfield and Phil Knight had a conversation that went something like this:
Tinker: “You’re looking strong. I heard you’ve been walking eight miles a day.”
Phil: “Not true. I do not walk eight miles a day.”
Tinker: “Oh, I’m sorry — I must have misheard.”
Phil: “You must have. I don’t walk. I run! Just really, really slowly.”
This exchange inspired Hatfield to think about how athletes change over time: Still competitive, but channeling that spirit in new ways.Its rocker-shaped sole and plush, lightweight cushioning let you move naturally and comfortably, making runs longer, easier and more rewarding. The padded collar is lined with soft wool, adding luxury to every step, while mesh details let your foot breathe.
It’s set to debut in five colorways including a vibrant “Bright Crimson,” a classic all-black, a crisp “Coastal Blue,” a minty “Wolf Grey” and a calming “Pure Platinum,” all of which have been uploaded to Nike’s website with a “Coming Soon” badge.
