Nikeis serving up another colorway of their revised tennis shoe, the Nike Drop-Type HBR (How’s the pun on that!).
Taking inspiration from the fastest mile run by Oregon native Steve Prefontaine, the N.354 line-up puts a whimsical twist on a variety of silhouettes, this latest offering presents a multitude of materials and patterns that creates a visual feast.
Predominately a white shoe it features a medley of materials used in its construction, the upper attributes nylon at its base, canvas overlays located on the medial toe area, lace stays, and heel. At its bedrock sits an all-white rubber mid and outer soles, black outlined Swoosh and tennis-ball yellow medial line complete the shoe likeness. Where the shoes differ is on the exposed foam retro tongue and heel, left shoe showcases a black bandana print tongue and plaid heel, alternatively, the right shoe highlights a denim tongue and a red paisley heel, both completed with a smiley swoosh branding.
