Velvet (or Velour) is no stranger to Nike Sportswear’s extensive catalog, but it has been a minute since we’ve seen the plush, somewhat shiny textile in action. But with fall around the corner, that will change, as the Swoosh will look to tack on the plush fabrication to a handful of silhouettes, including this new Nike Dunk Low “Green Velvet”
Clad from toe to tail in the titular textile, it’s dye, along with the color of the liners and nylon tongues, takes on a teal green hue before introducing striking white into the mix. The contrasting color hits the laces, tongue branding, and midsoles, with rear NIKE embroidery opting for a tonal teal finish. Green outsoles and insoles then complete the pair.
