The Nike Dunk Low Remastered Surfaces in University and Royal Blues

Virgil Abloh’s influence on the sneaker scene continues to be seen a year on from his untimely passing, with his deconstructed aesthetic continuing to inform new designs in 2023. With ample options of the standard build, the brand has looked to expand the silhouette’s reach through altered models like the “Disrupt” and “Scrap” designs, but none have quite captured what Virgil has done like the impending Nike Dunk Low Remastered.

Already previewed in a handful of colorways, this new effort in University and Royal Blue is the silhouette’s first instance of vibrancy, pairing the two hues in mesh and leather atop a simple sail sole unit. This simplicity enables the pair’s audacious design to shine because not all statements need to be that obvious.
