It’s an easy win for Nike to deliver matching colorways across High and Low silhouettes — they’ve been doing it on the Air Jordan 1 Mid/Low combo for years. But while the team at Jordan Brand deviates and mix-up their color placements, Nike Sportswear often goes one-for-one, like the Panda, Syracuse, and Kentucky colorways. Now, the recently-released Nike Dunk High “Picante”gets the same treatment, as the colorway has just appeared in a low-cut for spring/summer.
As we’ve all seen before, there’s not much to report; You can expect the same all-white smooth leather build, with bright orange-red accents reserved exclusively for the branding and rubber outsoles. Everything else, including the nylon tongues, liners, and midsoles, each arrive in clean whites to complete the design.
The release date for the Nike Dunk Low “Picante” has just been set by Nike US for July 13; If you plan on picking up a pair on the day, head to the top of the article to add a reminder to your calendar.
