The 2025-26 NBA season is still months away, but anticipation for some of the League's newest signature sneakers continues to grow. Although numerous stars have already previewed their compelling designs, arguably none have elicited the response Ja Morant has with his Nike Ja 3.
Confirmed to launch by the beginning of Fall 2025, Nike Basketball's offering is a drastic departure from Morant's first two signature models. The design's over-branded, narrative-informed presentation delivers an aggressive, rugged aesthetic that matches the Memphis Grizzlies guard's reputation on and off-the-court. A handful of different finishes have already surfaced, but the Ja 3 recently appeared in a new "Mink Brown" look that previews the sneaker's autumnal catalog.
The titular brownish color takes over base layers, allowing for scratch-reminiscent detailing around the entirety of the shoe to boast a darker, contrasting tone. A vertical swoosh and ZoomX branding on the lateral profile introduce "Pink Foam" flair into the mix, evoking images of Travis Scott's popular collaborations.
