Kevin Durant is the newest Nike athlete to see a retro run of releases, with an expected return of the Nike KD 3 “All-Star” in 2023.
Originally released in February 2011, the sneaker worn by Kevin Durant during that year’s NBA All-Star Game will reportedly return in true-to-OG form early next year. You can expect a one-for-one remake in Challenge Red, White, and Black in the same mix of synthetic, leather, mesh, and Flywire materials.
The All-Star Game in question was hosted in LA, with hometown hero Kobe Bryant taking out his fourth MVP trophy; but its half-time show of Drake, Kanye, and Rhianna was arguably the biggest highlight of the night.
Reacquaint yourself with the 2011 release here below, and look to learn more about the Nike KD 3 “All-Star” retro as we edge closer to it’s Spring 2023 release.
