Originally released in 2014, this colorway is a tribute to the legendary Michael Jackson, drawing inspiration from his famous Moonwalk dance move.

The Kobe 9 Elite Low “Moonwalker” features a bold entire purple upper, accented with a silver Nike Swoosh and complemented by a classic black sole. The standout feature of this design is the "Moonrock" texture on the outsole, which emulates the moon’s surface and directly nods to Michael Jackson’s iconic Moonwalk.
