Well, we normally we begin to see an onslaught of LeBron Soldiers a little later in the year — around Playoff time — but with the King officially out of the postseason for the first time since 2005, it will be interesting to see how Nike play out the 13th rendition of the performance model come mid-April when the regular season ends.

Until then, Nike keeps on keeping on with last year’s twelfth edition, this time taking on an iconic Bred-theme of Black and Red. It does come with a few non-traditional tweaks, though, including pops of white branding in the instep and the iciest of icy translucent outsoles. Aside from that, the shoe arrives in typical fashion: all-black base with pops of red on the lockdown strap’s branding and zippers.
