Nike Mind 001 “Purple Smoke” Arrives November 5

Nike’s Mind line continues to expand with the Mind 001 “Purple Smoke,” arriving November 5 in a muted mix of purple and grey.

The design keeps things understated, with a pale grey-purple finish covering the upper and its rounded, rippled edges. Perforations run across the forefoot and side panels, while small Swooshes provide subtle contrast. The open heel allows for easy entry, with a darker footbed completing the tonal look.

Developed by Nike’s Mind Science Department, the Mind 001 features 22 individually articulated nodes that move against the foot while walking. Nike says this movement engages sensory areas of the brain to help wearers stay present before competition.

The Nike Mind 001 “Purple Smoke” releases November 5, 2026, with retail set at $95 via Nike.com and select retailers such as JD Sports US.
