Nike Basketball, NASA and new LA Clipper Paul George continue their collaborative partnership, with a third space-age installment of the Nike PG3 to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Man’s first walk on the moon.
These Apollo 11 Nike PG3s, which arrive in all-over space grey, paired with reflective and metallic silver hits throughout, arrive with special Apollo 11 branding on the tongues, serving as a shout out to Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin’s 1969 moon-walking mission.
Other details include co-branded heels, NASA-graphic insoles, and a moon surface-like detail underfoot. Check out the official photos below, and with the 50th anniversary of the NASA Apollo 11’s lunar descent arriving on July 20th, expect these to release on or around that date — but stay tuned for official confirmation.
