Nike’s new DIMSIX React Vision may only just be a few weeks old, but seemingly, the Beaverton-based brand is banking big on the new silhouettes, with a slew of new options popping up over the last few days. Next to join the lineup is this Spring-suitable “Honeycomb” colorway, which pairs crisp whites, warming hues of yellow and contrasting strokes of dark grey.

The bee-theme is even more enhanced, thanks to it’s hive-like woven upper, and hiney-colored gum rubber outsoles. Overlays are widely-cut for excessive overhang, appearing wing-like in nature, and Nike has laid them on thick, like honey on a freshly toasted slice of sourdough. Despite the overall organic flow to the design, the heel counters, its proximal yellow glaze detail, and the heel of the outsole (seen best from the aerial view) all arrive with aggressive angles and sharp edges and strangely work well with the surrounding soft curves. Capping off the design is DIMSIX branding on the tongues and insole, and outlined Swooshes on the profile.

Take a look at the official shots of these “Honeycomb” React Visions below, and expect them to drop on Nike.com and select retailers like SNS on Feb. 6th for $140. Make sure that you’re following HOUSE OF HEAT on Twitter for further updates.
