With June fast approaching, celebrations, footwear brands are readying their Pride footwear capsules for release. For Nike and their “Be True” series, the past few years have been fairly light on volume, likely due to the COVID pandemic. But with things slowly sorting themselves out, we’re hoping for a collection bigger and better than the year prior — and with the surfacing of this new Nike SB Dunk Low “Be True” for 2022, that might just be the case.

While typical rainbow-colored accents arrive throughout its finer details, the pair mostly arrives in bright whites and overlays that appears to be wear-away or UV-sensitive. And while the latter statement is yet to be confirmed, a closer look at the overlays does suggest that this may be the case. Even if they’re not, there is plenty of colors to be found along the rainbow-Swooshed tongue, gradient insoles and outsole plate, and contrast stitching throughout the Swoosh and heel. Finally, fattie mesh tongues are finished with a zip-up stash pocket, and the pair is completed by an all-white sole unit underfoot.
