Nike Opens the Kobe Vault on SNKRS

As we edge closer to what would have been Kobe Bryant’s 47th birthday, Nike is honoring the late legend with the launch of a dedicated experience on SNKRS: the Kobe Vault.

Described as an “always-evolving display” of Kobe Bryant’s signature legacy with Nike, the Kobe Vault offers fans a centralized archive that showcases both the athlete’s career and his impact on performance footwear design. From his official signing with Nike in 2003, Kobe revolutionized what it meant to be a signature athlete—not only wearing the shoes but helping design them with input that pushed the limits of innovation.

The Kobe Vault will serve as an interactive archive, featuring stories tied to signature models, original and new colorways, and design artifacts. Nike notes that Kobe’s direct involvement led to many breakthroughs in basketball performance footwear, and that influence will be reflected throughout the Vault.

Each section of the Vault is organized by silhouette, starting from the Zoom Kobe 1 and continuing through his legacy line. SNKRS users will be able to scroll through the collection to explore historical insights, product stories, and release details. Nike confirms that the platform will update regularly with new additions, making it a lasting tribute that continues to grow.
