The Nike S.T. Charge officially debuts during NBA All-Star 2026, introducing a new outdoor-focused silhouette within Nike Basketball’s evolving performance lineup. Building on the foundation laid by last year’s S.T. Flare, the model continues the brand’s push into global streetball culture—particularly the outdoor hoops scene that defines much of the game’s growth in China.

Nike Basketball is back. The category hasn’t felt this assertive since the early-to-mid 2010s era of Foamposites, Kobes, and signature dominance across every level of the game. Increased competition from adidas — fueled by the momentum of James Harden and Anthony Edwards — alongside New Balance’s rapid expansion and other emerging players, has forced the Swoosh to respond with conviction. The Nike S.T. Charge feels like part of that response: performance-first, globally targeted, and unapologetically bold.

Designed specifically to handle varied court surfaces, the Nike S.T. Charge is engineered for concrete, asphalt, and rubberized courts, while remaining suitable for hardwood play. At the core of the build is the new XDR-X outsole, an evolution of Nike’s trusted XDR compound, now engineered to deliver a translucent finish without sacrificing durability.

“Note”Cade Cunningham debuts the Nike S.T. Charge and NBA All-Star Weekend 2026

Up top, Monster Skin delivers a soft yet resilient upper designed to withstand the elements. A molded tongue package enhances breathability, while external tech windows reveal a translucent Swoosh and offer visibility into the drop-in midsole system. Underfoot, an articulated Zoom Turbo unit in the forefoot pairs with Cushlon 3.0 foam for responsiveness, and a midfoot shank within the drop-in setup adds torsional rigidity for stability across uneven outdoor surfaces.

Cade Cunningham supports the launch with his “Warning Label” Nike S.T. Charge PE, featuring his personal logo and a bold orange finish. Several additional colorways were previewed at All-Star Weekend, signaling a broader rollout strategy beyond the debut pair.

The Nike S.T. Charge marks another step in Nike Basketball’s renewed global focus — particularly within outdoor communities where the sport continues to expand rapidly.

The Nike S.T. Charge is set to release overseas, exclusively in China, starting on May 1st in multiple colorways with the "Grey" pair leading the charge.
