Here’s one for #FlashbackFriday 🔥
Just yesterday we dropped a bomb for #ThrowbackThursday, with the news of a 2020 retro for the classic 90s sneaker that is the Air Total Max Uptempo. Now, we have another missile ready to launch for #FlashabckFriday — another Total retro. This time it’s the iconic Nike Total Air Foamposite Max, made famous by San Antonio twin towers, NBA MVPs and first-ballot HOFers Tim Duncan (he will be in 2020) and David Robinson.
The iconic silhouette from 1998 is pegged for a retail return in 2020 — it’s first since 2011 — according to Air Max God and self-proclaimed ‘Authority on Air Max’ @bubblekoppe. The Air Max fiend has confirmed that the Nike Total Air Foamposite Max will be returning in 2020 — and it’s highly likely that the OG “Metallic Silver” will be leading the charge. As of now, this is all the news we have, but we’ll be sure to keep you up to date when more information drops. until then, enjoy a detailed look at the 2011 retro below.
