When it first launched back in 2019, the dad shoe trend was well and truly in swing. Nike’s Zoom 2K, hit the ground running, but like any trend, it was short-lived. Now, after a brief hiatus, th model returns for the summer of 2022, with this Nike Zoom 2K “Just Do It” the first of hopefully many new colorways to follow.
Dressed in an elegant mix of bone, beige, tan, and gum, the pair returns to a simple mesh and synthetic construct. Toes of bone mesh host the aforementioned synthetic overlays, all of which arrive in creamy beige hues. Tongues follow suit, with liners of tan linking up with the gum outsoles to sandwich the creamy middles. Laces and eyestays arrive in tonal tans, too, before a pop of orange at the heel pull and whimsical summer graphic insoles sit inside to complete the design.
