There’s a new wave of Patta x Nike Air Max 1s on the way, with the revelation of the Dutch boutique’s warped design in a brand new grey and white colorway.

Cementing their place atop the mantle as the number one Air Max 1 collaboration in history, Patta delivered a quartet of wavy colorways to see out the back-end of 2021. The design itself went on to inspire a slew of custom and bespoke builds, with LeBron James amongst the notable celebrities to score his own Patta-inspired custom earlier this year. But with the Air Max’s 35th anniversary taking place in 2022, it would only seem right that the kings of the AM1 collab would get in on the action this year, too. And that seems to be the case, as the Patta x Nike Air Max 1 “Waves” has just been revealed in White and Grey; the fifth colorway of the design thus far.

Expect to see and learn more about the pair soon, as the fifth Patta x Nike Air Max 1 “White” is expected to release this summer — though no concrete date has been set. Until then, though, you can grab a very first look at the pair here below.

Official images for the Patta x Nike Air Max 1 “White” have landed ahead of a now-confirmed release date of August 26th. PAirs will first arrive her eon Patta.nl, followed by a wider retail and Nike.com rollout at a later date.
