The collaborative synergy between VERDY, the visionary behind Girls Don’t Cry, and Nike SB continues to flourish, setting the stage for another highly anticipated SB Dunk Low release.

Touted as one of the must-have sneakers of 2024, this partnership is reigniting the sneaker community's excitement with a fresh unveiling.

Taking to social media, VERDY provided a sneak peek into this vibrant collaboration, showcasing an SB Dunk Low drenched in Visty’s iconic pastel palette. This mix of soft blues, greens, yellows, and pinks is brought to life in a plush, textured finish, mirroring the tactile charm of Visty.

Amidst speculation circulating in October last year, many anticipated a variation of VERDY’s inaugural red/white "Girls Don't Cry" design for Nike SB. However, this latest reveal from VERDY shatters those expectations, presenting an entirely new direction that hints at even more exciting unpredictabilities from the designer in the future.

VERDY's initial foray into the sneaker world with Nike SB in 2019 was a Japan-exclusive masterpiece revolving around his globally acclaimed Girls Don’t Cry project. As a pivotal figure in Japan’s design and illustration scene, VERDY’s collaborations extend beyond Nike, having partnered with icons like Hiroshi Fujiwara, and brands such as Beats By Dre, Dr. Martens, among others, continually expanding his creative repertoire.

As we eagerly await more details on this upcoming release, it's expected that the availability of these sneakers might mirror the limited nature of VERDY's first Nike SB project. For now we can enjoy early in hand looks thanks to @iamricosuav/ig and casa_soles/ig

Expect more details to emerge soon.
