Victor Wembanyama is ready to get his very own Nike Basketball signature sneaker. Neither party has confirmed exactly what the debut model for the San Antonio Spurs star will be called, but all signs are pointing to "Nike Wemby 1" given the big's nickname.
The Swoosh's hoops-obsessed branch teased the decision via a short video clip accompanied with the caption, "The game looks different from here." However Wembanyama first original sneaker looks like, it's guaranteed the silhouette will tap into the 22-year-old's other-worldy abilities and alien mascot.

Over the last two years, the 7-foot-4-inch NBA player has taken a liking to the G.T. Hustle 3 and G.T. Cut 4—the latter seeing the most playtime in the San Antonio Spurs' 2026 Playoffs run. It's possible, then, that the Nike Wemby 1 features design elements from these two Greater Than models.
