Where to Buy the Nike Air Max 1 London/Amsterdam “City Pack”

The impending Nike Air Max 90 “City Pack”isn’t the only set of city-specific sneakers to see a release in 2020, with a two-piece Air Max 1 package popping up online earlier today.

Notorious sneaker-leaker @PY_Rates, who leaked the information just yesterday, now has first looks at the duo of “London” and “Amsterdam” releases. Each pair seemingly draws from their central surroundings, with London focusing on the city’s Thames River, and Amsterdam on its architecture and layout. The former pulls in cool blue hues and a heel accent to represent the waterway, while a myriad of greys calls to the river’s structural surrounding (and perhaps London’s ever-grey skies) Capping off the design is a circular forefoot motif — a tribute to the London Eye which sits on the river’s banks. Amsterdam too looks up and around, with the city’s many brown and tan buildings, while a map motif on the heel mimics that of the city’s arching street system. Capping off the design are a trio of embroidered red crosses on the forefoot, seen on the town’s coat of arms.

Take in a first look at the Euro-exclusive Air Max 1 “City Pack” below, and locals can look for these to hit select Swoosh stockists and Nike.com March 19th for €160. a pop.
