Nike are Vintage-Treating the Blazer Mid

Nike’s Blazer Mid had a stellar year. The staple sneaker enjoyed a resurgence thanks to both collaborations and modern transformations and reimaginations. Because of this, it’s found it’s way into the rotations of many — it should never have left, TBH.

2019 looks to be no different, with this, another fresh new twist on the 1973 classic. Nike are now set to replicate the vibes of the Blazer’s originating decade by tooling the sneaker out with period-associated exposed foam tongues, autoclave construction, and a beautifully yellowed midsole. More-so, the first colorway to surface reverts back to one of the shoe’s most OG colorway.

With a retail price of $109, these will be hard to pass up when they hit retailers like SNS on January 1st.
