Where to Buy the Nike Air Fear Of God 1 “The Question”
Jerry Lorenzo’s first-up efforts with Nike has resulted in a formidable freshman lineup. But through all of his efforts, none have reached heights quite as high as the marquee Nike Air Fear of God 1 — and we mean that both figuratively and physically. While his other silhouettes have seemingly fallen by the wayside, the ultra-high cut sneaker has remained the focal point of his continued Nike collaboration, first seen in a monochrome Light Boneand Blackofferings, before completely flipping ethos in favor of vivid color options. Vibrancy was short-lived, with Jerry and the Swoosh Co. reverting to Sail and Oatmeal to close out 2020. Now the silhouette has surfaced in a “Top Three” of sorts, with this Nike Air Fear of God 1 “Off-Noir” featuring segments from each of the previously-released Black, Sail, and Oatmeal offerings. Black, the most obvious, makes up the vamp-to-ankle upper and laces, with Oatmeal’s cages, sole unit, and toe overlays, and Sail’s black branding hits, and extra white lace set completing the mash-up.
The pair was revealed at a CBA event in China this week, and while first looks are a bit grainy, we’ve whipped up a Photoshop render to give you a much clearer vision of what to expect when the pair releases on February 28th. Official images and in-hand looks shouldn’t be too far off either, so make sure you keep your eyes locked on our Twitter feedfor further updates.
