A$AP Rocky's partnership with PUMA continues to expand. The rapper recently promised that the collaboration would grow in scope and eventually aim to create a proper F1 uniform for the masses. The German brand has just announced its latest project, showcasing two fresh colorways of the PUMA Inhale that align with Rocky’s vision.
Both new PUMA Inhale styles feature a sleek black base but diverge in design details. The first iteration is a distressed version highlighting “dirtied” edges and introducing a vibrant yellow and blue accent scheme along the trim, with both colors merging on the translucent outsole. PUMA is marketing this style as the “PUMA Inhale Neoprene,” suggesting a sturdier build that complements its pre-distressed aesthetic.
In contrast, the second pair, the PUMA Inhale Mesh, boasts a more traditional composition, emphasizing hi-vis neon green detailing throughout. Fire red accents are incorporated in the margins, covering the traction lugs underfoot and the “FLACKO” logo on the heel. Both designs feature the requisite co-branding, presented in a two-piece PUMA/A$AP shoebox.
As A$AP Rocky serves as the creative director for PUMA’s F1 division, this release's timing is notable. It coincides with the end of the 2024 racing season, positioned between the Brazilian and Las Vegas Grands Prix.
Both A$AP Rocky x PUMA Inhale colorways will be available on November 7th via PUMA.com, each retailing for $120.
On the same day, a corresponding colorway of the 3D-printed Mostro will also drop, accompanied by a complete co-branded apparel collection.
