Boston-founded streetwear institution, Bodega, is back in the collaborative mix, having recently teased a PUMA Suede project inspired by football.
Set to release alongside apparel and accessories on Aug. 9, the sneaker maintains its beloved hairy construction across the upper. The pair features an olive green tone complemented by light neon green across inner lining. Bodega's expertise in the world of street style informs other elements on the collaboration, but none command as much attention as the unique lacing system visible along the profiles. Rooted in the tagline "Engineered for Expression," the design choice unlocks limitless personalization. The bungee lacing replaces the Suede silhouette's typical Formstrip logo, presenting something that's simultaneously familiar and new.
