The PUMA MB.03 "GutterMelo" Debuts First as an NFT

International sports brand PUMA, NBA Phenomenon LaMelo Ball, and NFT Collectibles Giant Gutter Cat Gang (GCG) are joining forces to introduce a limited-edition Hoops NFT named MB.03 'GutterMelo.'

Starting Thursday, June 29th, enthusiasts will be able to purchase the exclusive MB.03 GutterMelo NFT on OpenSea, the foremost and largest web3 marketplace for NFTs. Purchases can be made with Ethereum (ETH) or conventional credit or debit cards. These debut sneakers begin their journey as a digital collectible which also serves as a pass to claim the tangible version during a redemption period from July 18th to August 20th, 2023. However, once this one-month window has elapsed, the opportunity to acquire the physical pair will cease to exist.

The MB.03, debuted by LaMelo Ball himself during his PUMA-endorsed European tour in early June, represents the third instalment of his MB signature sneaker series in collaboration with PUMA. This upcoming MB model has been crafted for peak performance, embodying Melo's distinctive, rule-breaking character on the court. The design integrates PUMA's cutting-edge NITRO foam technology. The MB.03 GutterMelo NFT serves as the pioneer preview of the expanding franchise, with more exciting unveilings planned for the major launch this coming fall.

Priced from $175 USD, the PUMA MB.03 GutterMelo NFT will be up for grabs on OpenSea starting Thursday, June 29th, at 11:00 AM ET.

The NFT doubles as a ticket to claim a physical version during a strict one-month redemption period from July 18 - August 20.
