Though a significant proportion of their efforts have been focused around heralded models like the Question and the Shaqnosis — as well as a strong concentration on whimsical collaborations — Reebok has quietly been celebrating the 25th anniversary of Allen Iverson’s second signature sneaker, the Reebok Answer DMX (the Answer 1.) With the OG White/Red returning earlier this year for the first time since 2018, another original colorway is now on the cards, with the legendary Black and Gold release set to hit shelves soon.

Last released to the market back in 2013, it’s been a long time between drinks. The OG DMX-loaded sneaker is expected to arrive in much the same fashion as is predecessors, with uppers of smooth and high-gloss leathers matched with glistening gold his showy style. Sole units show a cross between the Air Jordan 13 and his preceding Question design, all of which come clad in colors to match those above — including a glittered semi-translucent rubber outsole.
