Sneakersnstuff (SNS) is celebrating its 25th anniversary with a collaboration that tackles the elements head-on, teaming up with French outdoor specialists Salomon for the first time. The result is the SNS x Salomon XT-6 GORE-TEX, a rugged, weather-ready sneaker explicitly designed to face the wet and wild conditions of the Swedish climate.
Crafted with a Flash-X GORE-TEX membrane, this sneaker ensures water resistance, making it the perfect addition to anyone's collection who is tired of soggy footwear during the rainy seasons. The upper features a combination of abrasion-resistant TPU material and single-layer mesh. At the same time, the shoe’s signature comfort and durability are reinforced with a molded OrthoLite sock liner and Salomon's Agile Chassis System. Salomon’s Mud Contagrip rubber outsole promises unparalleled traction and stability on challenging terrain. Additionally, the innovative quickLACE™ system makes it easy to secure the shoe, providing a streamlined and efficient fit.
Aesthetically, the XT-6 GTX is both functional and stylish, with distinct branding from SNS, Salomon, and GORE-TEX, making this a standout piece. As SNS’s Creative Director, Johan Undén, puts it, “What better way to close out our 25th anniversary than by prepping for the shitty Swedish weather.” This collaboration is both a tribute to the brand’s legacy and a nod to the harsh weather conditions that inspired it.
The SNS x Salomon XT-6 GTX will be available for pre-sign-up starting November 15th through the SNS app, with a full release on November 22nd at SNS stores and online.
