First previewed as part of a six-piece leak from May, the Brown/Blue “Azure” YEEZY 380 has finally been revealed in full form, thanks to the latest round of info leaks from YEEZY Mafia.
The spiritual successor to the incredibly successful YEEZY BOOST 350 V2, the “Azure” features a burgundy Primeknit upper paired with an earthy brown pattern embroidered above it. Streaking down the medial line is a vivid blue portion of weave, which links the pair to the upcoming YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 “Yecher”, a shoe that arrives in an almost identical palette. Here, though, a light tan midsole is complemented by a brown rubber outsole, whilst liners arrive in medium brown, and laces in warm tan complete the design. As for the name, Azure is an old Latin word for Blue — it’s that simple.
Update 12.07.20 Official images for the YEEZY 380 “Azure” and YEEZY 380 “Azure RF” have landed ahead of their expected release this week — though retailers are yet to confirm a date. Update 07.08.20 A first look at the upcoming YEEZY 380 “Azure” has landed, and there is a difference to the pair’s sole unit than first reported. Gum rubber soles are presented here in chocolate, and midsoles, which were originally depicted as warm tans to match the laces, are in fact caramel-brown in hue.
